I'll keep this one short...Happy Manufacturing Day 2017! Let's all take a minute today (and everyday) to figure out how we can increase positive perception and education to support manufacturing workforce needs in the US. The picture used in the background is courtesy of Cadence Inc., whose plant I toured a few days ago. Again, I was blown away by their high-tech facilities and amazing work environment. How would any kid not interested in technology, problem-solving, and collaboration not want to work at a place like this? I've included a few extra pics below to further illustrate my point.
